Somemore, she only did her works mostly during the lunch hour/after office hours. Also has attitude problems. Haiz.. Ohya, another problem was I'm applied for marketing executive that time but don't why wil went under her. No doubt that, some of the position they posted in jobstreet are sound pretty professional but ended up everyone is doing the same thing in the sales floor. I heard managers in this company also very unpleasant, not tolerance etc. In conclusions, most of them are the same but there are some really good leader as well but too few of them. They will retrench people when these group of people can't perform well even you are in the manager level. SO, better think not only twice if you are seeking for sales position. The story is very long, but this is basically the environment when you are entering this company.
walao..I also went for interview with this company one week ago..I got a call from Marcus Evan asking if I want to go for their interview, then I said I don't remember applying for the co. But she said it's ok..you can still come for interview anyway. Then she starts talking about her company..very lengthy..but anyway I said I'll come for interview just to try out. I was very skeptical but then I looked at their website..and it looks like a good co. and I don't think it's scam. So I went for the interview..and I don't reall like it. The interviewer is very arrogant and stuck-up..plus her attire is not very professional looking (very very short tight mini skirt and some more can see her b**b cleavage like going for clubbing or wat..), so I wasn't too fond when I first going to the interview bcoz the unfriendly-looking stuff. And then she start promoting her co.. saying wat I will do is selling their product to the client and blablabla very long description..I was like walao..why didn't she just mention this is a Sales position. In the phone call, I told her I was an accounting student and only looking for position in accounting or financial department..then she said it's ok..I can just come for interview and see how it goes..and she also said that working with company can give me exposure to corporate world lah..meet CEO from top companies lah..etc etc. Then at the interview she said this department I'll be working at is Sales department, and all i have to do everyday is work from office by calling clients at least 300 per day or something. lol what a big joke.. It's purely telemarketing la. She then said if I succeed, I'll be called for 2nd interview, and then by the end of the interview she said I can come tomorrow for the 2nd interview. I was like..wah so fast?? then I just go la the next day for the 2nd one..just for fun..coz I got nothing to lose, and it's a good experience too. So I purposedly not do well in 2nd one, and I start asking stuff that I think annoyed the interviewer. That b**** is very arrogant, likes to make faces and sooo unprofessional! So I also make unprofessional attitude towards her, and at the end, I think she's annoyed and said IF she likes me enough MAYBE she will call me for the job. The way she stress the If and Maybe sounds so sarcastic, but bleehhh I don't care la if they didn't call.
