Has anyone work under Kelly Services "Contract of Services"?

I have been offered for a 12-mths contractual job with one of their client and they will pay me on daily rates which still under negotiation.

I have never work as a contractor before, So I have a several concerns mentioned below;

1. The recruiter asked me to open a new company account in SSM because they will pay me via the company name which I registered
2. They will not manage my EPF, SOCSO & Tax

Are this normal practice for contractor?

Nope. If joining a company under your own ssm you will not be given epf or socso. Normal practice.
