Well, it's normal that after confirmation you have to tender a 2 months notice before you can leave the company that you're working for....

By the way, since you quit just like that without tendering a 2 months resignation letter, it is their right to ask you to pay them....

and yes, it is your mistake for not reading the contract terms & conditions carefully....

anyhow, just focus on your new career now.... wish u all the best and hope you won't make the same mistake twice smile.gif
