If you girls have been actively seeking for freelance jobs, you would have noticed a certain agency named 'Alchemilla' with an agent named Agnes. If you ever come across her, be careful when comes to working with her!

She cheats my money!!!

I ought to let you all know, spread the awareness!

When I was doing a job under her, while I was promised amount of RM 330, I only got RM 250! Asked her where the money went, she said I came late for few days (but I was never late!), and said I didn't close enough sales. But client specifically said we don't need to close sales one but just creating awareness among people! Sales is not my responsibility and she already said my basic pay will not increase or decrease with sales!

Then I got another colleague also got problem with her. She promised to pay her few weeks ago, until now still havent get pay. Called her, never picked up the phone. Then she finally used another phone to call her, the moment Agnes heard my colleague's voice, she pretended she cant hear us then straight away shut the phone! Use same number call again then she never pick up!

She dare to ffk on your pay and cut ur pay for lame reasons!

Plus she's very rude to people when she talks!

And she likes to take advantage of those kind hearted people also. If you're the 'dont care dont care' about transport inconvenience type, she'll send you to very very far locations to promote although she already confirmed a closer location for you! She'll back out on her words!

Some more she'll make you travel far far to return client's promotional items back to client's office although it is her job! Client's things mar, no choice you must return lo!

She's very bias one. She likes those girls who are 'guai guai' and those whom she can easily take advantage of.

In the end, I found out that a lot of girls left her and that's why she's always recruiting people! And she always complain people ffk her. Of course la cuz she likes to ffk on pay and cheat money, and take advantage of people. Plus she's very rude and very unprofessional in handling matters!

If you see the word 'Alchemilla' or 'Agnes' .. stay far far away from this! She'll sure find a way to cheat you!

At the moment her projects include U Mobile (promote Nokia N77 and 018) and a lot of night jobs (usher, shooter girls). If you want work for these clients, eg: UMobile, apply direct without agent. Don't go through Agnes or Alchemilla cause she gets a very big cut out of it!

Those working under U Mobile, since they pinjam u a hp, can boycott agnes by running away with ur nokia n77 phones!
