Watch out when applying with this company (Waves)

Staff does not get annual leave until one full year of service. Allowance gets deducted whenever that person is on medical leave even with a valid medical certificate.

The boss has a habit of not paying salary on time...there have been incidence where salary was held for no reason. Several staff who resigned didn't get their last pay too.
Beware of a verbally and mentally abusive boss. He also tends to sexually harass female staff with sexually offensive jokes, gestures and comments. Do watch out for his bad temper and arrogant attitude.
