since you are well aware that the company YOU are working for is being regarded a scam then shouldn't you alert your company to let them know what's going on? The company COULD take extra measures to prove that they are a legitamate company or they could just ignore the fact that this thread is spreading around news about scam companies and their name somehow got dragged into it.
