i havent even worked for a month la..the prob is this boss he doesnt come back to the office and alo of problems lo..im the onyl staff in the office and before i go work there..the office has been staffless for 2 months..and b4 dat he fired everyone from the office...

i didn't know at first...he told me stories about his staff doing crazy stuffs la..even went to PERKESO to report on my boss etc etc, i see him so kesian, I stay to help lo, getting worse, asking me to handle whole showroom, my job is doing admin only, but he wants me to handle sales and do maid's job -.- he even threatened me when i quit my job -.-

haha when i quit, he said he will report to the police cause i did not manage to renew the company's insurance in time and if i did not return the keys and pass to him, any theft happened i will be responssible.

the truth is he doesnt' go back to office all the time, everything needed his approval, else cannot jalan. and he always wait till last minute only ask me to do. i worked there for 12 days and he expect me to know everything about the company. even company's license for this year he never renew. blamed it all on his ex staff. =/

hi all,

I've an ex colleagues from ex company, she gave 24 hours resignation but A VP doesn't allow her to because according to her HR need to investigate on some cases which relates to her.

This is what happened. The reason she wanted to resign is cause her Team Manager threatened her. He said he'll make sure she gets terminated if she doesn't do so. So she reported this case to another TM and this TM spoke to the AVP.

And now, my friend don't dare to go to work because her own TM is causing trouble for her at work. Then she received this letter from HR asking her to compensate one month salary.

Is there any way she can dispute?
