You can check out their website. They are more on selling coupons so the job scope are more like to search for merchants that willing to sell their products at lower price than their normal price on the website for the members. Erm... This is based on my guess 
I'm not their representative nor working with them. I'm the website member and I do have friends working in there. It's not a scam job.
Whether is it worth joining or not, this depends to individual as everyone perception is very different
