I did went for their interview. The first thing you do is fill in an application form. Then later on they will ask you to do an essay test, and then later on you have to fill in 3 questionnaires. Then you will be interviewed twice, one from a staff and another from a manager.

I did ask the manager up front, what are the working times and normally what time do people leave. She mentioned 8:30 to 5:30 but she said that people leave at 7:30 pm the earliest. Of course since she's not very direct, I assume that most people leave around 8:30 to 9:00 pm rolleyes.gif

My former classmate from my Uni even works there, she says she seems to like her job although I can't totally trust her 100% because perhaps there are cameras watching her behavior? lol

But since reading the whole thing about paying one month's worth of salary from terminating during probation period, I do find that quite harsh. The working environment there seems very professional, although I'm a little skeptical as to why 90% of the people in the organization are females and are all under 30 years old. If everyone in that company is *THAT* young, it seems that turnover rate for that company should be quite high. But don't take my word for it....maybe they really do have great career opportunities. The lady manager said that the first 9 months in this job would be tough balls, but after the 9 months, it isn't so bad. But I definitely need to read the contract before signing it in.

And to everyone, THANK YOU ALL for the advice on these scam companies. I applied for this job called Keneve Sdn. Bhd. and I am supposed to have an interview with them tomorrow....I realized after doing much research in this forum, they are from the same Cobra Int. group of companies.

One rule of thumb to look at before you attend the interview is definitely RESEARCH. If the company does not have a reputable website, then don't apply.

Same thing for companies that don't state their company....I mean, why hide from us?
