Yes very true about marcus evans and tru***tus. That is because the GM and those senior management crooks are of the same breed. marcus evans has a terrible reputation worldwide and I still don't understand why the can still operate. Anyway you can just go to read about them in a google search.
Truventus ppl came from marcus evans and they are unfortunately a bunch of snakes. To them anything goes and I really believe they can kill their own dogs for money. Whole company will pretend to be some bigshots holding all sort of job titles to lie to their clients and employees. The entire thing is a sham and they never pay commissions on time. these people can't care less about you, what do you think they care about their clients?
The stuff they sell are lousy conferences that they build on extremely low budgets, and then attempt to bombard ppl with calls to get them to show up. /the conferences aren't even researched properly and speakers never come back once they have been scammed by tru***tus. Also sometimes they sell fake events where the speakers/ trainers aren't even confirmed attending but they just use their name to sell. Imagine if you see a brochure and it say's Anthony Robbins will be keynote speaker... you then pay USD 2000 plus to attend then a few weeks before even they change to Chua Soi Lek as the keynote speaker. Unfortunately you can't get a refund you only get a credit voucher to use in another event. What's the point when all I wanted was to see Anthony Robbins?
I really hope they have improved but judging by alot of ppl's comments including their clients, some leopards never change spots.

The company is not well organised and no proper operation system to manage their company.

This is just wasting your time and they didn't keep promised on what they verbally agreed, and never state clearly inside the offer letter. As result, is like giving you a disneyland picture, go inside found out is just a low end theme park.

For your info, Trxxxxxtus is exactly the same as Marcus Evans.
For those who go for interview, please kindly make sure you ask the P&L clearly, their strategies is always make things unclear to you if you didn't take initiative to ask.
And they wont clarify clearly regarding staff benefit and working manual because they dont even have HR deparment.
When you jump in, you will know what im talking about......
They open for vacancy all day long..... 4 seasons a year........ even now still keep hiring...... because their turnover is too high, people come 1st week, or few days, then they rather resigned or left the company. Im pretty sure they felt the same way as what i saids......

And the funny part is, they wrote me an email and threatening me if I dont remove my current post i will be convicted to the law......now where am i did wrong? this is a platform whereby he/she feel free to post their comments. They even verbally threatening you and saying you going to be jailed if i dont follow.
If it's a good company, you shouldnt be afraid. If it's reputation good enough~ who cares? Time can prove everything and this is again proved how I see this company as a BIG joke for me. Thank you very much again! haha~!
THE BIGGER AND UGLY from what you trying to do, you should be shame to yourself because you rather waste your time following my post but didnt improve your company's structure.
LOSE THE INTEGRITY, LOSE THE LOYALTY, BLAMES ONLY COME FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT ACCEPT FAILURES.
