Ethic-less company
Recently my friend went to interview at the company called D?cor?ka. ( I not sure can post the whole company's name here or not)
After attending 2 interview session, finally he success to get the job and being told to start work at 2nd of November

With this offer, my friend had rejected 2 job offers from other companies and look forward to work in the new company.

BUT, 2 days before 2nd of November (mean at 30th October), my friend received a call from the company.The guy claimed himself as assistant of the Manager. He told my friend that their company is going to move from Cheras to Seremban next month and asking whether my friend still interested on the job else my friend needs to look for other job elsewhere.

My friend did not answer him immediately but requested to give him some time to consider. Then he hung up the call.
After 1 hour, my friend decided to accept the job and willing to travel to Seremban every day + reach office at 8.30am (That guy asked whether my friend willing to reach company at every 8.30am or not)

But you know what the guy said?? He said ‘Actually I prefer to hire a person who is staying in Seremban’
See? Actually in their mind they already got the decision! But during the first call, the guy did not mention. I know they got the right in hiring. BUT is it a good way to reject people?

Things that I am not happy with this company :
(1) They do not keep their promise
(2) They did not use an appropriate way to inform people that their company was unable to hire you. (At least they should apology. They din even say ‘Sorry’!)

Please think twice before you plan to work in this company!
