50% is too much i think, if im not mistaken its damage is the same as Javelin..
if u want to disable the tank in 1shot of missile, make sure an enemy vehicle must be laser designated first..

problem there. nobody ever uses the SOFLAM. maybe I go unlock SOFLAM, drive out my tank to the open range in Firestorm, install SOFLAM and tank camp like no man's business. WIN!

it's easy, just aim at the rocket pod/the place they put a missile...

i always want to use guide shell but no gunner at my citv....even though have they never switch to citv seat

but I played last night, looks like there's many player already unlock tank CITV station

I operate without a gunner mostly, cos' I stay some distance away in open areas to give covering shelling and easy to spot incoming infantry. the gunner usually gets bored after a while and run off do his own thing. =/

how much points to unlock CITV?
