Is the flight ticket getting more n more expensive? the offer is not cheap but if compare to others it is still cheap... book now think later...

just wanna ask something, lets say 3 persons travel in the same itinerary...

1st person booked 30kg baggage
2nd person booked 20kg baggage
3rd person never book check in baggage...

so when travel time, total 3 luggages to check in, total less than 50kg, is there any problem?

coz only 2 persons purchase baggae but 3 baggages to check in...

I made a payment to Pick-A-Seat....
First two tries was DECLINED and confirmed with Bank (nothing was shown on Bank's system).
Subsequent 3rd try was shown as DECLINED on AirAsia's website
BUT Bank confirm they capture the transaction (sms transaction alert received also)

Now my booking status is UNCONFIRMED (Need Payment)
Should I wait for AirAsia to fix it automatically or go to AirAsia Service Center to scold them ?

I'm not sure if I'm eligible to purchase ticket without visa (currently processing). The fare is rising, I really want to make the transaction asap. Please help me out! Thank you!

i'm just wondering whether anyone has any experience with purchasing infant tickets?

i bought my flight tickets early this year before my kid was born. he's now 5 months old and i want to purchase the infant ticket. however, there are different versions of what can be done. one AA customer service says just bring him on that day, another one says better to register him at one of the service centres. the problem is, i go to the service centre in the curve, they simply close when they like, and the second time, system down. it's darn irritating and i'm wondering whether there's a number i can call to purchase the tickets.. please help!

can you confirm (or if you have a link even better)? the probem is that according to the AA customer service, even below 2 years i need to pay RM50 for the infant ticket

now today got promotion pulak !   

butthurt max ! now prices dropped to RM286.... 

overpaid RM170 for that now...

I got a very bad experience with Air Asia when I tried to book for the zero fare.

On 29th October 2012, I was taking I was taking advantage of the free seat promotion and I was booking the trip to Bangkok for 2 person from 15th June 2013 to 18th June 2013. The flight that I was interested in was suppose to be at 13:40 departure from KL to BKK and 12:05pm departure from BKK to KL. When I was going to make payment, I click on the wrong payment option of debit card.

When I click on the back button on my internet explorer, the Air Asia website in its unprofessional and unethical stunt, went to change my original flight date to 18th June 2013 to 21st June 2013. As I was rushing to make the payment since the offer is limited in time, the time of the flight have also been changed to 15:05pm on 18th June 2013 to 7:10am on 21st June 2013. Can you imagine the time of rushing back to Malaysia on 7:10am of 21st June 2013, I can bet Air Asia do it on purpose because that is suppose to be the most unpopular flight hour.

I know after this probably no action from Air Asia or maybe more worst, pretentious caring attitude from Air Asia. No choice since no frill can also be the excuse of no ethic and no professionalism. I don't think I can change the flight time as it will cost another whopping RM200++ which is already half of the flight cost.

So this is a lesson to everyone that Air Asia if got a change it will cheat and cheat.

Now their website is even unfriendlier than last time and further, the Airasiago pun sama saja the bad website design.
