anyone tried changing flight for only 1 of the name in the same itinerary?

the flight was booked for 2 persons initially, now 1 person is not going (which we will not check in for this person). Now another person would like to do a flight change.

submitted the e-form, does anyone know how long it will takes for air asia to reply? coz we are leaving on this coming friday. is it still on time to change and wait for their reply?

thankss!

just wanna ask something, lets say 3 persons travel in the same itinerary...

1st person booked 30kg baggage
2nd person booked 20kg baggage
3rd person never book check in baggage...

so when travel time, total 3 luggages to check in, total less than 50kg, is there any problem?

coz only 2 persons purchase baggae but 3 baggages to check in...

seek your advice biggrin.gif thanks!

If booking under 1 single invoice, then no problem. Always do that for group travel using AA.
All must check in together.
If not single invoice, depends on their mood/strictness. 50-50

No limit on number of bags, but be reasonable lah. Like you say, 3 people to check in 3-6 bags are fine, as long don't exceed 50kg

Tips: utilize the 7kg hand carry.
If 3 people = 21 kg already, but of course no liquid, so stuff your clothes here. Use those vacuum zipper bag, buy from daisho, to squeeze it become smaller, so the bag can fit as handcarry size. You can also use that vacuum bag as neck-pillow or backbone.
The rest check in, one person book 30kg is enough (3x 10kg luggage).  brows.gif

thanksss !!! i forgot to buy the vacuum zipper bag from daiso, wanted to go buy since few days back but keep forgetting aiyo..hopefully can buy it elsewhere in bangkok...my previous trip to bangkok, luggage cannot fit all my clothes rclxub.gif

u can 1st put your ic number..before u do web check in, go change the number according to your passport..Singapore is an international flight, hence u need a passport to travel.
*
travel insurance u have to buy seperately..its not included in the fare fees & tax smile.gif
