If only AA reroute those in the waiting room to the profile page on a separate host server where customer can re-check, edit errors or add new passenger names while waiting, the booking server will not be hauled up by last minute key in of passengers details and errors can be minimized. Those with confirmed passenger details can choose to exit from edit profile page and back to the waiting room.

QUOTE(lynnch @ May 28 2012, 02:54 PM) hi, i've booked for a trip to bangkok on 14/6/12 & returning on 18/6/12. I've managed to proceed with the web check in on 14/6/12 from KL to bangkok, however i'm unable to do the web check in for my return flight, why so? You just omitted a check box's tick for the return flight when you web check-in. You can check in again just for the return flight. Added on June 1, 2012, 6:22 pmQUOTE(Devil4life @ Jun 1 2012, 03:41 PM) I've just received an email and sms from airasia regarding my flight to Langkawi being brought forward (suppose to be 4.10pm flight change to 12.30pm instead). Is it possible for me to arrange some sort of compensation? Though I don't really mind the time being brought forward. Sure can. They will compensate your potential finacial loss for canceling the deal making meeting in the morning because you have an ealier than expected noon flight to catch. But you will need to claim the compensation thru the court of law though This post has been edited by aeiou228: Jun 1 2012, 06:22 PM

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jun 2 2012, 08:03 PM) thanks. mind telling roughly where they are located? I always use a small match box size travel scale. Very handy and accurate. Over weight luggage never happened to me. QUOTE(julnoel @ Jun 2 2012, 08:43 PM) Yup i mean the smaller lojel bag + the backpack. cos the airasia site says HANDBAG + 1 carry on luggage (the lojel bag) but what sort of handbag would a man carry ._. Sometimes can, sometimes can not. Depend on luck.

QUOTE(crapp0 @ Sep 5 2012, 11:32 AM) Hi, i heard that you are able to choose which seats you want without paying the seat selection fee if you do the web check-in 4 hours prior to the flight departure time? Anybody here heard of this or done this before? Does AA website said so ?? Mind to verify and share your findings here ? If what you heard is true then it is good news to all AA travelers.

QUOTE(munkeyflo @ Sep 5 2012, 12:30 PM) Haven't heard of this either. Probably it's a bug on their website? Don't think it's possible though. The other day my dad did ask at their counter when we drop our bags off, whether can change our seats or not. The girl say can't and told us the flight is not full. That was around 3 hours before our flight. I usually web check in much earlier. I get free seat selection most of time with a little bit of trick.

Reach LCCT at 12.55am then sleep at airport. 5)Friend or family member drive you there. Which one suit you ? QUOTE(kuai_chai @ Nov 10 2012, 12:37 PM) hmm.. I'm planning to board AA to bangkok, but without check in baggage. Now I'm worried that my cabin baggage will exceed 7kg, as the baggage itself is already 3kg =.= Anyone know in what circumstances they will check the weight of the cabin baggage? I remember when I check in baggage last time, if I bought the 15kg baggage, they allow us to exceed until 15.9kg? Anyone can confirm this as I am not so sure. If yes, am I allowed to carry up to 7.9kg of cabin baggage?? 7.9kg is not allowable in the AA terms of carriage but it is within discretionary decision by the officer on duty. The chances are 50:50. You have 3 options: Prebooked rm35 now for 15kg check in and no more worry. Keep the cabin baggage weight max 7.5kg and no more worry. Don't care, just try your luck. But be prepared to pay rm105 for force check in just because of the 0.9kg difference.

QUOTE(vin_ann @ Feb 6 2013, 02:38 PM) i think no more short Q for baggage drop-in counter in my recently trip to KK... oh yeah, i was first time park my car overnight at LCCT RM16.00 per day... Going to park for another 6 nights in my next trip.... For 6 days, park at Putrajaya (RM7) or BTS (RM3) is cheaper, safer and shaded.
