Refund for the ticket?? I don't think AA will refund your money. Last time my husband cancelled his trip because his mother was admitted to the hospital and have to undergo operation, AA said we can't refund the money. He even show them letter as proof from the hospital. He did this 02 weeks before the trip.

Hi all, I'm currently having difficulties submitting my request for a refund. I was ill and so was unfit to fly as declared by the doctor. I tried filling the e-form to do so, but got an invalid error.

This is ridiculous. Please advise what I can do.

RM120 for taxi before 6am. I always take an early flight to go back to KK. Sometimes I call the taxi company & sometimes I hail from the roadside.

I guess you should just take a taxi if you're afraid of the bus being late though.

Roughly RM80+ if not mistaken at that hour...

If you already web-checkin, then is just 60 minutes before to check-in luggage. i.e. 5:45am.
Therefore, I suggest to reach LCCT around 5:30am, which means, take the 4:30am bus (around 45 minutes only in early morning speeding) with some leeway.
Means ... reach KL Sentral (if you take Skybus) at 4:15am, depends what time you need to wake up and go there.
I do prebook meals. The last time I saw, those who didn't prebook, was like fighting for food from air-steward/dress.
More like a shouting auction and everyone demands to pay for the last few cups of maggi-cup noodles. It was a KUL-MEL flight around 8-9 hours. It was so ... messy.
I was lucky to be enjoying my food (prebook is served first), while the rest were flagging their cash around to attract attention to place order.

My advise is always plan ahead. If the flight is longer than 3-4 hours, check the flight times if it cross over breakfast/lunch/dinner.

My customer came 3 hours earlier also miss their flight due to super long queue. Several people infront of them also miss the flight. I think AA management is having a crisis.

Why didn't u put yr handbag inside the backpack?? They consider handbag as 1 handcarry already unlike MAS.

QUOTE(chicken_vampire @ Feb 20 2013, 08:27 PM)
was carrying a handbag and a backpack..so they consider it as 2 items and forced me to check in my backpack vmad.gif
