I already booked one this morning. Damp lucky. I got a lower floor unit (Level 7) - less than 500 per sqft.

I love the landscape concepts, very luxurious and spacious. Low maintenance fee (20sen) + singking fund (2sen).

I asked them not less than five times whether betul betul freehold because sentosa court, avenue court etc all leasehold. They were very sure and they said that few pieces of lands there are the only freehold.

I bought this for own stay (upgrading). So I'm not bother about signing SPA and loan after CNY (Mar/Apr). I have ample time to accumulate money.

They told me the big scale model for building will be ready in mid December and showroom on site in Feb/Mar 2014. I think by that time go for booking tinggal tulang saja.

Sleep well tonight after long waiting for a year plus................zzzzzzzz

I spoke to the HLB banker yesterday and asked a string of questions as I also worry the developer cannot deliver.
The hlb officer told me this ggroup has more than 30 companies overseas and local. They own more than rm200mil properties in Guangzhou and many properties in klang valley. This recent years they want to channel back fund to develop the lands they owned.
The publock bank at ground floor is their tenant since day one. They also own neighbouring 7 blocks left and right.
I Geh poh chee about half an hour until the banker also tak tahan .....lol

How can you use such words to condemn bankers?? No bankers economy die and many jobless.

I know my risk profile well.
I own more than 20 properties and all positive yield.
I no need to work hard, only invest smart.
Bank is the most kiasi industry ever. No money no talk.
First time developer banks give hard time before they approve EF. I formerly worked in bank of senior post.
I have calculated my risks.
