Each block 4 units or each floor 4 units?
1 block how many floor and each block total how many units?

Rm300PSF in KV? R u kidding me? If happened, 2 days can close office liao. Im sure selling like hot chick not only cake. My prediction for this condo should be RM400+- PSF. Let see..

No good points as this I can said the accessibility is awesome. For sure the jammed u can't avoid.
In an area, future developments is very important. Although this area has limited, but currently, all project r selling at average rm400+ Psf no matter which projects in KV. If u r the boss will u go for RM300PSF?

RM400+- PSF is reasonable in KV ATM. But we don't know the 1Q of 2012 outcome.

Bro.. Think is always easier than real life. When u invested on RM400k property. Ur minimum profit must be 30% of Ur purchased price. If u only think of 40k profit for 3 yrs. Is not worth at all. If economy bomb. U r in debt of 400K. Think twice.
