Tried charging the S2 with my galaxy tab charger. Man it chargers way faster then the silly S2 original charger.

yup gapps doesn't include google maps, youtube, google voice search and the like.. have to download yourself, soon you will be fed up of cm7 and come to checkrom (like myself..)

last time when i was in cm7 I never been able to get the market enabler to work.. now on checkrom it works perfectly on first try

hi everyone,
is it true that android devices do not support ad hoc mode? i heard some comment on the market apps that there are some app that can scan ad hoc network but not able to connect to it. i already created ad hoc network at my laptop but my s2 cant detect it. i just want to try sending things to my laptop using wifi.

wat color ur s2 and original version is 2.3.6?

my sgs2 g version always turns off itself without my knowledge.

i failed to turn it on back once. but, after removing and putting back the battery, it works again.

any G version user is experiencing this problem?

ur version is 2.3.6?

i feel like iphone 4 more clear/sharp(im not fanboy of any)

Can sifu pls explain what is the difference in quality between Galaxy S2 non G AP vs Ori non G. Is it generally safe to buy AP ?

Yeah checkrom download link is slow. But I thought he already put up a bunch of mirrors on multiupload. try one of those.

Added on November 23, 2011, 7:41 amOnly difference between ap and ori is the warranty. Ori warranty from samsung, ap from the seller. So the risk in AP set is how much you can rely on the seller when you got problem with the device.

Yes, u can flash any region firmware.

dont need to worry G ver firmware 2.3.6 alredy fixed the small font problem for Papago X5

My brother got it from australia. dont see any of at&t version here in malaysia.
