Err no just in the very basic first instance.

1. Dlink has configured firewall out of box
2. Mikrotik has no firewall out of box.

Can understand or not? Mikrotik had potential to be a great firewall (I know I configure them) but out of the box it has no firewall configuration at all.

Not promoting anything. Just sharing relevant knowledge. Your price same as landasan (importer) and got no benifit. So better just buy from importer who already offer very good support and also understand how the routers actually work! And if you go there and ask for discount sure to get!
*
You really cannot compare config of dlink to config of mikrotik. It's totally different. Dlink is gear for home consumer. Mikrotik is gear for business consumer.

Hello xiaomoon,

Yes, it can support dial up to any DSL services as long as you have the modem, since this is just a router, it needs a DSL model to work with it. smile.gif

Very attractive pricing! I'm kinda new at SME products but consumer ones just don't cut it for me anymore.

I want to ask:
What is the advantages RB2011UiAS has over RB915 ?
Does it support DHCP out of the box ?( read somewhere guy was having problems configuring)

Want to pull the trigger but kinda noob so need some after sales support. I'm assuming I still need the TM junk to act as a modem ?

Nothing crazy just home use <15 devices. My goal is streaming 1080 from a nas wirelessly.

Hello meh_man,

Sorry for the late response due to our onsite job.

RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN is a higher model with 2 external antennas, touchscreen and RouterOS L5 license, the performance is significant better.

Yes it support DHCP and it has default DHCP configured out of the box, you can just use it without any config then you will have no problem. biggrin.gif

Even though we cannot provide technical support without a fee, we can configure UniFi free for you before shipping and providing some very easy to follow guides to you!

Thank you.

Hello flexus90,

Yes it can accept and there is no limit on the number of WAN in the setup but you are limited by the number of the ports, so for this model you can put 5 wired WAN maximum.

Thank you.
