You should have downloaded
win7-9.2.0.113-whql.zip Then extract it to a folder Open Device Manager, Right click the wireless adapter, update, browse, then browse to the folder you extract then next to install it. |

The cards performance itself should be close,
The N55SF should run games better and cooler, since it has lower resolution as well, assuming the M15x you refer has Full HD. But, the M15x have more potential in upgrading, you can upgrade to nVidia GTX580M/AMD HD6970M.. |

QUOTE(Misco13 @ Jan 7 2012, 12:18 AM) Yes, I did it first. COD4 patch 1.7 and new driver for Nvidia. This problem do not only COD4. Assassins Creed 1 and 2 work perfectly. More games I didnt tried. Thanks Does the freeze occur after you add in the new RAM?And problem with RAM ? You dont know? When the freeze happens and you restart, can you open Event Viewer - Windows Logs - Applications, and look for Error that related with the COD4 ? RAM wise, don't really have much setting to set since its just plug n play. At most can try swap the RAM slot. QUOTE(versacy @ Jan 7 2012, 01:52 PM) dude how to check fps while playing game? Also is this true... it gets more heated when u play on ur native resolution if its full hd than normal hd which is 1366x768 ?? i'm running games in full hd and got max temps of 95 C while playing assassin's creed. now should i run this game at lower resolution or is it normal to get that much heat. Can use MSI AfterBurner to check the FPS as well.Technically both should give similar temp. since your GPU will always try to run as fast as it can (100% GPU Usage), but if you enable VSYNC, and the 720p gaming can gives you more than 60FPS, it will result in lower temp, since it doesn't need to work as hard as 1080p gaming.. QUOTE(versacy @ Jan 7 2012, 09:29 PM) by the way, how's ur n45sf?? i would have bought this one if it's selling at my place , that processor won't heat as much as mine and i love the screen size. whats the difference in money for it with n55sf? Should be similar price, retail price difference RM100 |
