Getting Started

|
Isn't rest and recovery subjective to an individuals need ?
I'm on a program that recommends 1 day on 1 day off , but sometimes i take an extra day off and my lifts improve, or , workout the next following day if i feel like my body can take it.
Still mass building isn't my forte.

QUOTE(potemkin @ Dec 22 2011, 11:14 AM) I sometimes i take an extra day off and my lifts improve, I do that all the time. Sometimes i train a bodypart every 10 days. More isn't better. You see guys doing 10-12 sets for a bodypart, I do just 4 sets and I'm out. They're not progressing as well as they want to. They undermine the importance of giving one's body a break.
