Guys, where are the good shops that sell model aircraft, pref. die-cast types? I'm looking for the Stealth Bomber to be part of my collection of ships (including a derelict-looking USS Arizona) but other than eBay, i don't know of good local shops...

Any recommendations from fellow enthusiasts here?

Hmmm, then how about those specialist model shops around town? Dunno whether those places sell the type of die-cast aircraft that i want leh?

Well, i was at Midvalley and checked out the Toy City there for models... Looks like they have a scaled-down, die-cast Stealth Bomber as well as other planes and that one is selling for around RM40... As for Nikko, that shop sells more RC stuff including F1 cars, MotoGP bikes, and boats...

The one other place i couldn't check was Toys R" Us... Hopefully they have an equally wide range of models if compared with Toy City...

Just curious, other than on-board sales, how do we purchase the model AirAsia aircraft? Or specifically the plane with ManUnited livery...

Just to ask, where can i get the model of the Stealth Bomber aircraft? I can't seem to find that in Toy City or the other model shops...

Anyway, i bought a model of the soon-to-be discontinued F-117 Nighthawk stealth aircraft from Toy City 1U earlier today... This plane is what i have been looking for ever since my previous model (a kit) fell to the ground many years back!

Yups, read about it in Wikipedia... Its kind of bittersweet to see those pioneers of stealth aviation finally bidding goodbye but its also very draining on taxpayers' money to maintain these hi-tech aircraft... Btw, my plane is the one which is green and white in color, and its also my first model aircraft in a long time!

Speaking of the AirAsia MU plane, is it really out of stock? Dunno whether the supply will be replenished when i fly to Phuket around end July leh? Anyway, that particular model plane must be really popular with AirAsia passengers!

Hahaha, u know lah, the quality of pix taken using a cellphone... The floor is actually brown, dunno y it can produce a greenish hue surrounding the equally green-like plane!

Any pix of that SU-27? Curious to see how it looks like...

Oh ok, i'll try to search for it then... Btw, know any shop that sells the B-2 Spirit, the other stealth bomber? I'm looking for that plane to pair with my F-117...

Yalor, that B-2 Spirit is really very rare... Anyway, i just won a bid for one via eBay... Its a die-cast model and should be around the same size with the F-117...

Btw, i just bought a Tornado IDS GR.4 (the one with the wingsweep) and a F-18 Hornet from ToyCity... The wingsweep of the Tornado is really cool, IMO!
