Agree.  The prices of sofa vary quite widely with the quality.  One need to understand some terms such as Aniline, Semi-Aniline, corrected grain, split leather in order to appreciate leather furniture better.  There are also the bonded leather, faux leather or "fake"leather.

Bovine is a generic term to meant hoof type animal which includes, cow, buffalo, goat, etc etc.

Will see how things go, hope don't need to go such stage. The customer service girl called me twice to find out my concern.  Hope is happy ending.

You could be right, the production guy might did that as I stated that I want no "sinking mark", but instead it turned out to be worsed.

Still waiting for them to call me on the status.  I should be able to know by end of this week.
