the issues / question i have in my after trying several time
against leaning the wall
so my issue is
- what is the max minute on handstand position
-do i need to look straight while in the position
Looks like I need to answer this...
Try to hold it as long as you can... the longest I've read is 8minute... which was done by one of Coach Sommer athelete.
Our spine follow our head. If your goal is just to hold wall assisted handstand position... you can do it looking straight to the wall or look at the floor. Looking at floor, your body will automatically arch. Looking dead ahead... your body will be in its proper allignment. If your goal is in the end to hold free handstand, perfect form, straight body... then naturally you will try to look at the wall to help your body allign as if it is straight.
Where you looking will determine the shape of your body. If you are not interested in this kind of perfection.. just look anywhere you want as long as it is comfortable. Hope this helps!
And... please post in calisthenics thread and not direct PM me
