Dont need to cancel.just upgrade to unifi.. now u can register already.. the agent will ask u are new tm user or old user.

I got the same answer also. Bring the blue color paper and present it when you go TM to cancel the streamyx.

"Your window is Window XP so canot connect to your new Unifi Wifi..must use Window7" - Heard this statement from Unifi person who install unifi services at my relatives house.

Wonder can Unifi personal be trusted or not.

Then I ask them to use Lan cable connection..he say  RM0.70/meter..after calculate it's RM50..I was in office or else I'll blast him out.

Got a question.

Just install unifi VIP 5 last Saturday with a stock TM setup. I am confused with my speedtest result. DL = 4.75 UL = 12. 54 Ping = 34ms is this normal? Tested a few times oledi. Not very much of a problem just that I want to know y.
