Yes bro @IwanAGP, unifi speed/latency is not bad at all. No doubt, its really fast.

no need register, just sign in with the password generated by TM.
You would have got a confirmation slip containing all your password in when you registered/submitted your application to TM.

Need to get a firewall to totally block torrents. No matter how you try to block on the router, connection will still sip through.. Im not sure tough if firewall will work. I have heard people managed to do it.

Another way would be to invest in a manageable switch nod.gif

Well, personally I never had any issues as well. Only that my iphone/tab/ipad/android devices had difficulty connecting to it. Tweaked some settings on the wireless and they were good to go. It's again individual preference.

Not sure on the quotas. No one can tell exactly when it is going to be implemented. However TM has been educating their customers on the FUP plan they have in mind. So it wont be a shocking news.

It is possible to upgrade but I dont think it will be an easy task. Alot of hassle. Seriously.

Had a chance to test my customers first installation. Line is stable and getting 20mbps up and down. Exactly same with VIP20. Only beauty will be, no FUP will be implemented on the BIZ 20 dynamic IP. tongue.gif

To me this is just their excuse as the installation fees (RM200) also not stated as FOC in my customer order but I am not charged for that.

installation suppose to be free. Only online application get the 1 month pro-rated usage free. However its not much of savings if u apply online or through agents. Its TM marketing gimmick.

However free installation is applicable to all customer.

Installer wont give you any slip. TM system will auto send a copy when you submit your application. Sure have in email.

Yes residential can apply any biz package.. use authorized re-sellers they can arrange for you. I think online cannot. Not sure tho.

Yes that is correct. The first bill will be pro-rated. Another RM149 for deposit and RM10 for stamp duty (only 1 time)
