btw had a very unpleasant experience since yesterday with my unifi disconnected and then WAN turned orange on the router no signal at all from isp damn... call unifi sc so many times only to get connected for a few hours before got cut out again this morning until around 4pm today i'm so disappointed although now i got a good speed internet but this problem really turn me down..

I'm telling you if you get that blek router you'll regret and can never go back. It's a rebadged of some unknown company brand probably from China and they stamp  a TM R&D logo on it.

If like that better ask TM don't supply and allow 3rd party Unifi certified RG to be sold in market then charge cheaper monthly rates.

This is better than to source unknown OEM models from backlane China factories and stamp own brand on it.

How come you don't see this sort of crap offers from Singtel, HK PCCW, or even China. Only the worst of 3rd world countries do things like these. It indirectly tarnish company reputation only. Even in China, they stamp China Telecom logo on the casing but retain the brand name on it like ZTE or Huawei on the box.

true.. vip10 user here, location gombak.. fyi, its only me using unifi service here @ my area.. still the speed like mad since 12pm until now.. peakhour maybe?

Unifi seems to be quite stable at Subang bestari. Over the 1 year I use unifi, only 1 major downtime only.

these few days seems a bit slow. need  to wait 2 hours to update my phone instead of 10 minutes
