I'm currently still stick with F2000, no idea which weapon is better than this one.

Most of the time I heal and revive soldiers around me, check out my heal score.

I think weapon are not really important, till now i'm still using M416 as the recoil are not high, very easy to control. Most of the time staying at the front line with medipack healing me.

M416 is better than F2000?

assault class are special yet common in battlefield 3
in my opinion
many thought that support class will give better supression but at the same time
carrying those LMG aren't easy either

if you are equipped with
M16A3/AEK-971/AK-74M
try to shoot at enemy location to assist your team
you will see that it have same effect for awhile which is enough

having M320 as underslug also help alot as you fightning in tight corner(never use this though)

weapon like AN-94/F2000 and M416 is firepower > rapid fire
but sadly people tends to use this to camp more
not only easy to aim but have stopping power
eventhough assault is medic
they have to advance first because their weapon is the most stable then other class
even engineer M14A1 and AKS-74u isn't on par with M16A3/AK-47M on accuracy issue


there are also issue with attachment
which many prefer grib/heavy barrel/4xscope(or 3.4)
they tends to be multipurpose player
long range/short range/accuracy

RDS/Holographic is some vets favourite scope which offer fast aim in combat with nice barrel aim

i use holo on all my gun, the best scope for me, even better than rds

I like one thing about AEK-971 which it able to fires very quick.

F2000 has a lot of firing damage, but recoil wise, so-so.

AN-94 is firing two bullets at a time, not really suitable for me...

err you can switch it to auto by clicking default button V
but i warn ya

Yeah I know about button V, but for AN-94, maximum only 2-dots. If suddenly an enemy appear in front of you, you will need to click spam your mouse instead of holding on it.

I am used to that since the engy M14A is that mode. Only spray and pray if lot of enemies lol

My fav weapon, F2000 so far with very minimal recoil with the fore grip attached. Spam med kit and revive ppl. i mainly use KOBRA or IRNV scope, depending on situation.

i prefer M416 + IRNV as ez to spot enemy... as some dark place or those place tat camo...

I prefer RDS tho, faster scoping than holo, and the holo pointer is a bit distracting, can't find enemy with it :S lol

Changed to M416 today, fall love on it.

AN94 feels powerful and fires like LMG at fully auto and like LMG the rate of fire is slow, unless you use burst mode.
AEK, felt funny in the beta, so i never bothered to use it so far.
F2000 has the highest rate of fire, again something i dont like cos its hard to conserve ammo, usually 1 clip at fully auto kill roughly 2 ppl due to it blazing thru the ammo real fast.
M416 and M16A3 are the most balanced ones, from stopping power to conserving ammo, usually 1 clip can kill 3-4 ppl since its easier to control the ammo at fully auto.

all my assault rifles always with foregrip and heavy barrel.
scope depends on the rifle and map, some rifle easier with kobra, some with rds, some with holo, so depends.
but they all share the irnv in common when i feel like it.

I'm about the same with you, never use grenade launcher.

Anyway I have no idea why I can't control well with scope, I prefer assault rifle without scope. Maybe I'm used to play a lot in Call of Duty, which I never use scope for rifle at all.
