that is by luck ady. unless all 5 packages are to different names (and better yet addresses) then no issue.

basically if they catch the packages under your name to same/similar addresses, they consider it as ONE package. Rsal or EMS, no difference to customs.

if its arriving on different days, then its no problem.

and again to everyone:
rm500 is just a simple guideline, it does not guarantee you're safe from customs either. their rule is rm500 -rm1k = minimum 10% tax, more depending on items. over rm1k = proper assessment (which means even heavier tax for the laymen)
