Email them your woes? I think the entire site is buggy right now, so they probably have a lot of things to fix.

Can't afford to wait for too long since open orders may not last long, plus I've just place an order at HobbySearch and the window to cancel is only 24 hours. How much does HobbySearch charge in shipping anyway?
