i think if you can prove that your neighbor's dog is disturbing, you can ask authorities to come investigate.

Depends on land area. Normally for terrace or link house, max is 2 dogs per house. For semi detached, max is 3 dogs and bungalow around 4 dogs. 6 dogs is way above limit and if neighbour complains, enforcement will take them away if without license. If with license, they will fine the owner.

If not mistaken it is 4 for a normal ground house,a house with lawn. But normally if we don't cause trouble that people complain to authorities or some idiotic neighbours complain then nobody will check also one la. Just make sure we take care of them carefully and don't cause trouble to other people,eg: pee poo at other people's house compound and not picking up the poo at public areas such as playground and open air gym

No. There is no law in Malaysia that limits the number of pets a private household owns. Just make sure they don't bite anyone. If your dog bites someone and injures them badly, all of your dogs may be taken away from you(and they might be euthanized sad.gif )

It depends on where the owner is staying also.
In Shah Alam, bunglo and semi-d is 2 dogs max.

Sorry about the misunderstanding.
If your neighbor is complaining, what is the reason?
We living in housing area. Beside having the things you like to do, you must take care ppl living around you.
If you loves your dogs, you need to know how to take care of them.
I wont say a thing if my neighbor keeping 60dogs in the house IF they doesnt cause any problem to the neighborhood.

There is law, only poorly executed. If you're a dog owner, please take note, best to prevent problems than cure them.

Oh ya actually there is, sorry 'bout that. Never heard of such laws before I went to look it up though... rclxub.gif And you're right REALLY poorly executed. blink.gif Anyway, I have gotten hold of a copy of the document that you can download or you can go to dbkl.gov.my/ dbku.gov.my or the other db's for the relevant states.

But it basically just says that you can own 3 dogs over the age of 5 months per household, no matter the size or type of house. License 10 bucks only, which is good but has to be updated every year just go to . But if you don't have a license and the police suddenly decide to approach you and be kay-poh while out on a walk or something, you WILL be fined RM500 cry.gif (and 1000 the second time and so on).

A good tip for license, get it at the beginning of the year,as all lisence will expire on 31st dec no matter how close to the end of the year you get the lisence.
