the main reason i said buy a second hand is becoz ... the bike will never full-fill u forever ... u will meet more better bike , u will go upgrade whn u go $$  so why not get a 2nd hand and pratice , enjoy  ...... ofcoz i din ask u go find 2nd hand teruk condition to ride ........  unless u got 5k income per month .. i nth to said abt it ... coz u sure can afford to get a new 1 without a problem ...
*
Second hand also not cheap.. Unless get the old one which higher mileage. And 250 4stroke bike was like overprice... Is better to play a 2stroke 150cc (Cheaper) or a ninja 650 than those heavy and under power 250 4 stroke.. And if u think of modify the 250 it will cost u a bomb even you just change the exhaust pipe... The result also not much increase only. So kalau ada duit main terus at least 600cc and above. Wont get bored so fast.

@thianz: fever? kena hujan or tidur naked? hahaha...

@shyan: 600 sqft is fine. can keep home cinema, a couch, small kitchen and indoor motorcycle parking. yeah! then you aim 600cc bike... then upgrade 1000 sqft, and upgrade 1000cc bike... dan sebagainya.

my ideal big bike is CBR954RR.
*
I lastime aimed for CBR600 F4i. But i feel the 2nd hand 600cc bikes is more expensive than those 900cc - 1000cc bikes.

Get a Suzuki Shogun. Slow but steady! And not a hot bike + Suzuki engine is reliable too.

QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Jan 31 2012, 03:01 AM)
that new lc is upside down fork ma.. just now i see the fork know ade.. mayb the upside down fork too big in diameter.. the original T bone not curve enough to support.. thats why snap.. then they think can wan la.. can wan la.. they pulas ketat sikit at the nut..

apa punya bodoh idea say it fits.. pomen kena katuk kepala.. doh.gif

and 1 thing also.. the upside down fork too heavy for the T bone to support.. summor he lowered the bike so low.. most of the rider's weight is being shifted to the front.. summor riding in Grik gives more pressure to the T bone.. + the heat.. expansion.. bye bye..

stick to original spec if wan to ride far.. he is lucky he break his bike in Grik and not on the highway.. if highway.. i think happens more teruk + speeding in groups..

really mod tak ikut spec.. but mod ikut hati..
*
what if he accident not bcoz of the fork?

what i can see is weight shifted a lot to the front.. and long period of riding making the T bone snap.. lowered quite low also..

anything will happen ler.. if not because of fork accident.. then u say got ghost pull the T bone snap meh..? LOL.. from what i can see is.. the road condition + fork + heat + T-bone + long period of riding make this kind of accident happen.. u got refer back to the bike number plate boh..?

PKH is a new bike.. if old bike i accept lor old stuff.. quality deteriorate.. this is new stuff also deteriorate the quality..
*
He cannot bang to the divider and snap the T-born meh? Why need ghost?

somehow i think it snap easily also because of the heat and stuff.. u cannot put ur 100% trust on metal and machine human created.. no1 is that silly to put 100% trust on stuff humans create.. this is mass manufactured stuff.. even F1 breaks.. lamborghini also can break.. those cars are like a few in a million created.. still it will snap and break..

nothing is perfect ler.. all is human error.. ride until hit divider is also human error.. only when they truly understand what does riding means then only they will appreciate their bike/ vehicle more..

like for example.. if u know how to mod and speak technical data does not mean u appreciate how to ride the bike n stuff.. no matter how nice the bike or car u mod it.. if u don take care of it like taking care of a baby also no use.. u'll end up someday wreck it.. [of course don take the error ppl make and then bang u la.. i mean is individual preferences]

understand the bike limit.. dont hit it if know ur bike aren't build to tackle the situation.. summor we're not 4 wheeled.. we're only on 2 wheels.. once skid is bye bye masuk tanah.. at least on a 4 wheel.. u skid.. ur car still 4 wheel on the ground.. [don take myvi n stuff into consideration.. 1 in a million chance ur gonna turn turtle in a car]
my whole point is.. HUMAN ERROR end of story.. no arguments here.. ride with what u can like noobboys.. and not ride like u wan to own the road.. like ship captain.. their only fear is the sea and not the ship.
*
Smartboy, what bike have to do with ship? You say don't hit than don't hit? You think you god? People hit you than how? Maybe they should ask them don't hit it also before they hit it.

Use kick start wont be a problem when the bike is easy to start. (1 or 2 kick, start) But if is hard to start and need to kick many time than will be very tiring...

To kill fog try use those very yellow light. Is more yellow than our normal yellow light. It can kill jerebu effectively. Mostly 4 x 4 that travel long distance will use that.

Duron HDEO also same like std EO, 3000 or 5000 shd change.

RDB got sound when you brake, or no press brake? If got sound when brake, just need to service brake pad, or worse, change it because it overheat once. If no press time got sound means brake disc warp, change the disc. Common problem with non-floating disc.

My cap ayam drum brake, lagi lama guna lagi makan. Weird one.

Chain tensioner is for motorcross, where the rear suspension travel length very big, and the chain prone to come off.
On road bike, is for lazy ppl don wanna adjust rantai. No good or bad for using it if the chain is healthy, but if the chain oredi terpanjang and don wanna change, it will avoid chain come off from sprocket. Another bad thing, it adds extra weight to swing arm, some more only one side. In suspension setup, you want to have the minimum unsprung weight as possible.
*
I wonder rear disc brake usually come non floating one. can upgrade to floating?
