even taukey at 1 shop said to me last time when i accident..
if ur bike is not total lost.. the insurance just repair if the things can be repaired..
they will not change new one..

No, I mean personal insurance.. Not bike insurance... Because GH's service was FREAKING "SLOW-LIKE-A-SNAIL" that's why I ask him go island hosp. Or GMC or lam wah ee... =.="

For bike, claim the car mia insurance
For hospital, claim own insurance under PA or medical card, so that you stay at better hospital and recover faster.
At the same time, hire a lawyer and sue the car driver, this kind of case 99% sure win.
If leg broken, can claim more than 10K, but need to deduct some $$ and give to the lawyer.
