Ts, you can register at inspen if want to take up diploma.there is 2 choices:
1) take full time or part time courses
2) take up the exam only and self study. You just need to register for the exam. Same goes like the study, there is list of subjects and you required to pass all paper (requirement is only pass, no need to actually excel)

Then after get your cert, can pursue path as real estate agent. But before you get fully comply as full REA, you have to keep log for few years and report with the board.

Total around 4-6 years to be able to get full REA license. With the license, u then can appoint REN to work for you.

Its a lucrative career, but to get one took up a long time. Deswai if got kids, after study send directly to inspen for REA course.

Summore is cheaper for full time after spm and get allowance monthly rather than take up as part time.
