Oh man...You do interbank transfer from CIMB to Maybank on 1/11 and you expect him to post the same day? Come on la...the money will only be credited to his account after 6pm what depending if you made the transfer before noon. After noon the money will only appear the next day. Or did you use CIMB instant transfer? If not how can he ship before confirm receiving the money. So of course he could not ship on 1/11.

Since you said the money has been confirmed by bank he received already on 2/11 then he should be able to ship today. That's why I said you should give him time.

If you don't have patience and give reasonable time for seller to ship then you shouldn't buy online

No...not possible. I have made countless payments via cimbclick before to maybank and if you transfer before noon the payment will be credited after 6pm. This is stated in cimb click website. I'm not sure how TS manage to get info from maybank that the money is already transferred to seller's maybank a/c. Usually if you are not the a/c owner you can't inquire about someone else a/c. Not unless you're are the polis or something. I personally don't like to listen to one person's side of story so it would be better if we can get explanation from the seller.

But you do remember that this case is from lowyat transaction so there is no point bringing this here.
