QUOTE(DarthVaderAsip @ May 12 2012, 02:36 PM) The standard screw is 6mm so I changed to longer screw 8mm. It lasted about few weeks then the problem start again. I tried with marker, masking tape but it still cannot withstand the vibration during running. use longer screw, screw from bottom up, lock with nut. hope it solve your problem. Here's the pic » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(Yuuyatails @ May 15 2012, 10:44 PM) Hey, I am new in this forum. that was old story, now super 2 is one of the fastest chassis in town.. I want to know where I can buy the Tamiya Mini 4wd cars and parts in Perak. Also, Tamiya recalls all of the Super-II Chassis cars because of the gear cover's design flaw on the Super-II Chassis. |

if hard cover, you may use lacquer paint, i.e. mr. hobby and gaia paint...
after that you need a lot of finishing job... sanding>and compound polishing.... good luck |

QUOTE(chienoz @ Jun 27 2012, 08:29 AM) Its 2011 story.. Now 2012 never win any race till now.. you may not using spray method to clean your motor in this situation... carbon dust may stuck in between comm, try a small bottle with cleaner inside, soak your motor in and slowly spin it with finger with both direction to let the carbon dust get out from the comm...yeah.. now focus back on LYN.. hehehehe Just to share my experience, During high speed race on TLC race last sunday... At first my brand new MDP has a good timing.. after several try and several cleaning and re lube to get fastest time... My engine kaput dee... whats wrong? check on dyno, RPM went down like hell.. 18,+++ only and the brush condition is 12.++... darn... Using wrong cleaning method arrr? hope it help... |
