reno ideas are limitless and most probably bounded by the budget you have.

u can roughly calculate howmuch to spent based on the pfr/charges @ this forum, eg;

Labor only
lay 2x2 tiles labor only = rm4-6/pfr,
flat plaster ceiling = rm2 pfr onwards etc
Lbox = rm10++ /pfr

Material

2x2 tile , rm10 - rm80++ onwards
etc

Best to set a budget allocation, then only grilling down what is necessary/priority to be done
*
Agreed ... there are things that are nice to have doh.gif and there are things that must have .... stick to the must have thingy thumbup.gif

Big house you got there.... congratulations!

I see on your plan that there are new room, new lots of things. Are those extensions already done? Or you plan to do those extension yourself?
If it's the latter, your timeline will most likely be pushed back.
*
Not big xecton .. only on paper smile.gif

As for the extension I have asked the developer to do it ... hence I will enjoy the warranty period icon_idea.gif I'm praying hard that it will be on time as they metioned it will be ready by then ... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Why not you move your master bed room entrance door inner so you have a square room rather than L room?

BTW, is this structure possible to do what you draw? Will the developer relocate supporting pillar for you?
*
I think should be okay ... as the structure layout is by them.
