Finally managed to secure a house after soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many years of renting

hope its not too late
anyway the house will be handed over in Dec '11 and plan to move in March '12.

Any proposal (without obligation) are welcome ....
1) Electrical wiring - Power points & lighting (whole house)
2) Air Cond
3) Kitchen Cabinet, TV cabinet & Wardrobes
4) Laminated flooring
5) House Grille

Alternatively any ID people keen for this challenges is encourage to do so ....

Any recommendation from LYN forumers is highly appreciated ....

Uarghhhh ...after reading the many experiences here .... one thing I learned .... budget is actually no budget ... only increase !!

Money is one thing .. the other headache is timeline

These two goes hand in hands laaaaaaa .... always overshoot !!!

Mostly from the bank ... other than that you have to suffered big time during younger days ... enjoy enjoy sure not enough saving

P/s I dont have a budget of 300K for reno works

Agreed ... there are things that are nice to have and there are things that must have .... stick to the must have thingy

As for the extension I have asked the developer to do it ... hence I will enjoy the warranty period I'm praying hard that it will be on time as they metioned it will be ready by then ...


For the last few days …. testing my creativity …. using Visio only ar .. so don't kutuk kaw-kaw

Each bedroom has it's own study desk ... For the long room, thinking of having sharing study desk ... chairs on opposite site

Revised first floor as per xecton ...

Have to demolised walls to get addtional 33inches wide. Realign plumbing system ... The bed next door is against the bathroom .. noice issue ...

Any comments guys ....

I think should be okay ... as the structure layout is by them.

It's a kampung house .... on a small plot of land 8250 sq/ft
