reno ideas are limitless and most probably bounded by the budget you have.

u can roughly calculate howmuch to spent based on the pfr/charges @ this forum, eg;

Labor only
lay 2x2 tiles labor only = rm4-6/pfr,
Aircon point/ water heater = rm180 onwards
Down light point = rm55 / rm35 (looping)
Labour to paint whole house = rm1.7-1.8k (internal only)

Material
2x2 tile , rm10 - rm80++ onwards
casement window = rm20/pfr etc
flat plaster ceiling = rm2 pfr onwards etc
Lbox = rm10++ /pfr
grille = rm11 psf (MS powder coat)
erect wall = rm8/psf (include plastering)

Best to set a budget allocation, then only grilling down what is necessary/priority to be done
Alternatively, to save more, you could hire a few workers and purchase material by urself (but need supervision and some know how)

Big house you got there.... congratulations!

I see on your plan that there are new room, new lots of things. Are those extensions already done? Or you plan to do those extension yourself?
If it's the latter, your timeline will most likely be pushed back.
