Revised first floor as per xecton ... thumbup.gif

Have to demolised walls to get addtional 33inches wide. Realign plumbing system ... hmm.gif The bed next door is against the bathroom .. noice issue ... hmm.gif

Any comments guys ....

Why not you move your master bed room entrance door inner so you have a square room rather than L room?

BTW, is this structure possible to do what you draw? Will the developer relocate supporting pillar for you?

I think should be okay ... as the structure layout is by them.

May I know is it a semi-D? what is the size of your land area and built-up area?

i am amazed with the number of rooms....

It's a kampung house .... on a small plot of land 8250 sq/ft

If you have budget, get a interior or what ever house plan designer to help you.

You get a better and more sastified result for this reno.
