QUOTE(wings_silver @ Nov 1 2011, 07:59 AM) mean just send the picture that can related to the title enough. you don't need to set a title for your picture. or write a description for it. by looking at the picture can know it's bring the meaning of the title. not by reading the picture title u set or read though your picture description. hope that help Oh I see! Now I get it! Haha. Thanks bro! |

QUOTE(ahpingko @ Nov 6 2011, 10:26 AM) eh guys...what can i use to protect my fisheye lens surface ah??..too big surface, very prone to accidentally scratched..and is it possible to use any ND???..such a super ultra wide angle.. Not possible. You can't screw a filter on. That's why it comes with a built in hood. And also, the surface is not flat.. This post has been edited by Newbieeeeee: Nov 6 2011, 10:58 AM |

QUOTE(ahpingko @ Nov 12 2011, 05:05 PM) just sold out my 75-300 just now.. 70300G SSM. btw, i saw 1 shop selling Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di LD Macro Zoom at rm600...and tested it...but i didnt bring my a550 go...they used a pentax body and test..the AF speed is faster and IQ is sharper...quite nice even at indoor...bokeh at 300mm F5.6 super damn smooth..the macro mode at 300mm F5.6 at 0.95m distance can give 1:2...quite nice!!!.. but i am thinking to get beercan coz of its F4 and sharpness... how about the focusing speed of beercan on my a550?..and without warranty quite dangerous..what if it spoiled?..cost to repair is high?.. what i want is to use for portraits..and shoot some long distance objects like birding/moon-ing/spying ppl yes, i do need F4 and sharpness...trade off is an old lens without warranty.. how?..any advice? |

Looking for a nice range, Sharp prime lens.. which do you all recommend? The minolta 135mm f/2.8 is abit too far. Maybe a 85mm.. ? With reasonable pricing. Not above 1.5k..

QUOTE(shootkk @ Nov 13 2011, 08:35 AM) Want a cost effective, sharp and compact little 85m prime? Look no further than the 85mm f2.8 SAM!! Great performance for its price point!! And it's a FF lens!!! Ahh. I like this. A few shots with the 85mm: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Below RM 1k. You can't beat the value of this lens!! Added on November 13, 2011, 11:59 am QUOTE(NutZ748 @ Nov 13 2011, 09:40 AM) haha it was in my wishlist before i get my bebyzeiss Yup. I'm not sure why, but if I were to make a smart guess, I'll say that its because when its on HSS, the flash can't charge to full power before the shutter closes. Therefore the flash power is cut down. And with this cut down in power, the power is not enough to bounce. Thus only allowing you to use in direct. Since direct requires less.have to spend money on my new workstation GPU i never knew flashes can only fire fast sync speed while pointed dirctly! why? why cant bounce? i don't like harsh lights, but i dont like slow sync speed in bounce too » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Added on November 13, 2011, 9:41 am wide open? QUOTE(alphazal @ Nov 14 2011, 11:04 PM) first of all she like to shoot for long distance subject. hate the short 18-55mm fl Fringing? You're not comparing light to light bro. Try the Tamron and sigma at f4.5 vs 70300G at f4.5. You can't compare f2.8 to f4.5. If the 70300G can go down to f2.8, I don't think it'll be any better..yup agreed with u NutZ748. i found 2 popular problem with this tammy/sigma. 1- sigma - GOOD AF But IQ lost to tammy and " hansem Lens". 2- Tammy GOOD IQ but slow AF and yup not so "hansem' and also heavy - is not that i can't go with cheaper option like tammy/sony 70/75-300mm but i don't want to end up buying another telephoto lens. for me the most important thing is IQ.. AND sony 70-300g seem to have better control on color fringing which is i'm very2 particular about this part. really hate to see the purple/blue color. not so worry about f2.8 ( blur n speed). |
