u have to add him in-game. when game is finished cant banlist anymore. just take out the options menu (F10), right click on his name on the chat list and add to banlist.

*if outside of the game still can actually but a bit harder. u have to add that guy as friend first, then u right klik at his name on the fren list, add to banlist and u can then unfriend if u wan. but nid him to approve u as a fren first la.

you can try. add him as a friend, pretend to be friendly if you have to. when approved you can right click his name and add to your banlist. feel free to remove him from your friend list afterwards.

not sure thats why i ask u to try. i banlist pipu very rarely lol. i think only 1 person ever.
