agreed that 2Mbps streamyx will have problems with g.hon

i'm torn between int.hon and g.hon LOL!

int.hon cuz of better server...300ms and still playable.
g.hon cuz i got more hero n more coins somehow.

Download HoN installer from Int site.
Install it and see if you can update it.
If can't, then proceed to dowload Hotspot Shield from this site.

Connect Hotspot Shield and run HoN Int to update it or to login.
Play with 300-500ms ping BUT its playable.
When u r done playing, disconnect Hotspot Shield.


i am having near 300ms these few days while my friend using Penangfon having <200ms
playing slow heroes like Andromeda and Defiler makes them look even more sluggish >.<

i knew banning them just based on piracy isn't quite justifiable...

the other way is to participate in events that gives Legacy account.
but it's only duration based and not permanent unless they stated.

another way is to find people who have legacy status and not playing anymore

u guys face any issue with today's patch? after patching, my hon can't start at all...click on Start Hon on flying spaghetti monster plus, and then black screen....

nope...i vanilla...trying to re-patch it via honlauncher in garenahon folder

u're mistaken. int hon have changed to F2P as well.
those who purchased their account before the F2P implementation have Legacy status, which means they have all heroes unlocked except for EA heroes.
and for accounts created after F2P implementation are the same as GRN.

quite a number of accounts in GRN are legacy status because these people have prepurchased their account during int hon's close/open beta or before the region segregation.

you could've contacted S2 directly as i've read before that some ppl did that and they manage to get their account in grn to become legacy status on top of the bonuses grn gives to those who pre-purchased int hon (2k gold, shield and taunt or something)

i am replying to omgimahero's "But who cares i got 70% of all the heroes, and all the ea's now".
if he have contacted S2 about prepurchasing n having forced port to GRN he would've gotten 2k gold for free on top of being a legacy status account.

ya of course farming would be better but there are some avatars which are available for gold purchaser only.
still, we are still able to play HoN nicely is because there are ppl purchasing gold for EA heroes and other stuff, hence there's fund generating from HoN to upgrade/add servers.
but then again, it's probably because of that that GRN still dun wan to change all heroes available for free

aih spoilers....wish that somehow their pc would get blue screen whenever they run hon....

nah, this game ain't dead.
this is the only game that i am playing almost everyday...with or without friends.
