you can get some free launchers from market without rooting. eg: adw launcher, launcher pro, go launcher and etc.

Flash DK Siyah 2.1 Kernel. The rom comes with hellcat kernel that looks for the boot animation elsewhere.

G will have its custom rom eventually. jz need to wait until developers got G version on their hand. I wont suggest AP set though unless u r getting from a reliable seller. otherwise when u brick ur fone u can either cry like hell, send for repair with pricey experience, or use it as a paperweight.

Flashed to Batista last night..the speed is fantastic..but seems to suck up more battery using ICS kernel..end up flashing siyah 2.0..so far so good now..

But i'm still a bit clueless on the governor setting..currently on smartAssV2 min 200 max 1200..

They have not yet uploaded full screen call as far as I know but i have not check the kitchen lately. Those videos are from old checkroms.

The disappearing network connection issue is killing me.
Its been happening frequently.
One moment it'll be fine, suddenly i'll loose all connection (GSM & 3G) temporarily. Then GSM would restore, but i'll need to enter and exit flight mode for 3G to restore.

buntut pandaiv2 is good enuff. ytd nite i set offscreen profile with powersaving governor, and the phone hang there with black screen. luckily i wake up at 1am and have a look at it. after reboot battery left 62%

for my case... adobe flash was not in the list of apps until i downloaded the new and installed it. i recall mine was stuck at and old version and no update was coming until i downloaded the latest version from market. after that, i'm now able to update.

and based on my experience with the new market apps (phone came with old market), if i remove/ uninstall it, i will revert to the old version.

so what i suspect... removing the new version of adobe basically reverts the phone/ user back to the old version that was shipped with the phone. you can't remove those apps that's shipped with the phone.

No it does not come with the rom. The rom comes with all standard un-touched apps. Any modification you need to download from kitchen. Thats the kitchen concept. Everyone wants different things, so rom apps are stock and you customize yourself from kitchen.

i always put these tweaks everytime i flash a rom especially checkrom revolution. i dont know why but my connection sucks with checkrom's modem+tweaks, had to remove their network tweaks and apply mine. if not my connection will work for 1 min, then hang, need to off network data and on back only can work, for 1 min then jam again
