Err, i didnt review either of the games. :/

I aint saying either games are perfect. Both games have pros and cons, to begin with. I am just unhappy with the way the media praise CoD's strength while ignoring its weakness and criticise BF3's weakness while ignoring its strength.

Since when Battlefield have a decent single player? Never and it will never have one.

They need to do something about that. the chat box sort of too big to the point the edge of the chat box is actually on my acog scope.

Nah, anyone can host servers now which is better than BF3, BUT you cant rank up on those servers. To rank up, aka, collect xp and unlock more guns, you need to use the matchmaking like MW2.

Unless you like to play with crappy guns, you have to use matchmaking.

I have barely played so far so, erm, still have lots of new things to discover.

One thing for sure is, i think BF3 will be my last modern military shooter for a while. I am getting bored of the same M16A3, AK and so on that i have been seeing for past few years.

Im getting Skyrim from Playasia, along with The Run, so i can save some money there than buying retail. Skyrim might be the perfect get away from all these AKs and M16s, as its a game set in a vast world without barely any rails preventing you from doing to your hearts content.

Or maybe try Saints Row 3, it seems to be the trolling version of GTA.

I am using Logitech G500.

I bought it mainly due to the mouse scroll, than for gaming. I deal a lot with large size excel or word with hundreds of lines or pages, so the smooth scroll mode makes my life much easier.

Seriously, k/d needs to go. BF3 is a team game, not a game for people to fight for their positive k/d ratio.

I played Tribes: Ascend Beta and their score board only have your name, kills, assist, and ping. They even have ping when BF3 doesnt have. Their k/d ratio is hidden in a corner on your profile with a small font.b The chat window is small and hide in the on the top left corner.

DICE really needs to learn from them a few things or 2.
