its good you started a journal. helps keep track and motivate yourself. try to be brutally honest in your journal, like what food you have taken other than the 3 meals above. no point only writing down the healthy stuff and skip the rest.

mm. I think you're eating too much carbs. Oats and bread are both starchy carbs, pick one. On a plate, try to fill half with vege, quarter with starchy carbs and another quarter with protein.

Also, eating every three hours help with not overeating.

Which gym do you go to?

ya, reason to start this journal because i wanted to record down everything i eat, even though just a piece of biscuit i will note down also. thanks for your supporting smile.gif

izit? then i would make it like this. bfast= oat with 2 steam egg, lunch= 2pieces of bread with egg, dinner=oat drinks only / sometimes brown rice with vege, lean cuts meat. izit okay?
