mass gainer if i am not wrong contains alot of sugars, carbohydrates in it! Which in facts makes you fatter by a lot.... If you want to fully focus on muscles you should take pure whey protein instead

You are already too heavy for mass gainer my friend. Are you planning on to be round? i think you should focus on lean muscle now

it depends on ur 85 kg of weight if mostly muscle or fat.. if ur mostly fat or just a normal built guy.. by taking mass gainer.. rather than being big like rugby players... ur gonna be big like rikishi... no offence.. but looking at ur height and weight.. you are obese(if ur fat % is over 25%)

well, look in the mirror, do you look fat? when you say increase in mass, do you mean you want to get heavier or look bigger but stay the same weight?

losing fat and gaining muscle are two different things. you dont convert fat into muscle. read stickies and stick to whey protein.

no.

listen, supps are a SMALL part of the equation. read the stickies, get yourself in the gym and work your ass off. whey isnt going to make you big. spending RM200 does not equate being big. stop thinking whey and whatnot can make you big, they dont.

im done here

if i were you... i would drop my weight till about 70kg(which is what im doing now) then start building my body from there..

i used to be 110kg.. currently 76kg.. aiming for a body almost like the one you posted.. but not that big..

i dont know about you... but dont you think its a bit ridiculous for you to think that you dont wanna drop ur weight but u just wanna gain muscle??

you have to do a combination of loosing fats.. and gaining muscle at the same time.. and loosing fats are fast.. gaining muscle mass are slow...

so... for you to think that u want your weight to be constant.. but loose fat and gain muscle??????

really headache.. go read stickies..

and for you to be that big.. doesnt neccessarily you have to be that weight..

its what in the mirror.. not the scale...

look at darklight.. bigass bis tri ches everything... but is lighter than me..

puhlezzz read stickies or at least google it before posting k brah...

Nonu FTW!! These guys are right. The All Blacks really works their ass out at the gym during the off season. Thats how they get awesome bodies.
