i dont think they solve the battery drain issue...

for my case, this morning fully charged at 99%... with wifi turn on for FB and whatsapp between 830am till 12pm... the battery left 55% only.

ended up need to re-charge at 1pm, before going out for lunch...

1. battery monitor
2. data monitor
3. LED notification
4. Google talk
5. firewall

i believe all this runs in background to monitor the the usage.

currently on Galnet, never tried Official MIUI release..

so couldnt comment anything yet.

after spending 1 full day with Galnet MIUI.... the battery is pretty worst than stock GB ROM...

mine was charged till 70%+ around 1pm... then spend some time wifi and sms... it left 35% only when i was back from dinner at around 9pm...

i was... wth~~

my conversation thread is being splitted up.

for example...there's supposed to be single thread between myself and contactA. WHat happens is that what i sent to Contact is being treated separately, and what ContactA sent me is in another thread. Its supposed to be in the same conversation thread right??

ya, i restored my SMS before moving into MIUI.

this morning full charged... went outside whole day with some minor call and comic viewing...

back home 11pm... wifi til now... with whatsapp running... left 51%..

to be honest, stock rom has better battery performance.

mine battery life also quite sarks actually.

but leaving it idle during sleeping is ok with me... 29% at 12am.. woke up at 7am... it still has around 22%.

yesterday encounter this battery drain from 72% to 33% in 2 hours. It happened because i accidentally set the screen timeOut duration from 1mins to Never~

dun set it to Timeout!!

if you set it that way, and you accidentally turn on the screen... then it wont turn the screen until you press the power button.

this is what happened to me last night when going to Gym for workout.

when im back after workout.. my screen was damn hot.. really gave me a big sweat time~
