hahaha yeah, only price difference. at the end of the day the warranty has nothing to do with the phone. If u get a faulty ones they will ask u to fix it, won't exchange new one for you right.

lol, i got mine at samsung store for 999 + free 16gb memory card.. for me its worth the rm100 top up for this memory card + 2 year warranty.. 

rm899 for a black color set and rm920 for a white, 2 years warranty, no memory card, SME ori set

Let talk back W.. I tried this phone 2 days.. Everything work well..
Only can feel a very little bit of lagging while clicking around.. 
Gaming experience, so far i tried contract killer - smooth, no lag at all..
Overall, very worth to get this phone..

unless other brand rollout a mid-range hp and a similar price.. else i dont think the phone price will drop any lower.. maybe RM850.. and i asked the stores i bought.. from their information, average selling of this phone is 10-20 per day.. so demand is quite high.. if demand is high.. obviously price will maintain or even jack up.. just my thought

i must say i'm impressed with the galaxy W. spec and price its really worth it. everything is fast and snappy, the display even though isn't amoled but i believe is SLCD - is pretty good. its lighter and better than my year old nexus one. touchwiz 4.0 is easy to use and overall the handset is just great. bought for 1040 inclusive of chapalang SP and 8gb transend microSD card. 2 years warranty. still waiting for tuesday to come cos the shop said they need to pass the info to their HQ to enter the warranty info. Shop name is PDA Expert @ sunway pyramid.
