Wow, extend rear all the way up. Illegal woh.
The water mark may not be that area, maybe few feet away water slip through and only the area you highlight slip out. Could be your neighbor 1st floor roof, water flow and touch the wall and slowly slip through your wall. Your neighbor roof should have rain gutter. |
